Products like Buffalo Mozzarella which is exported from Italy as soon as it’s produced and arrives in our waters about 5 – 7 days later or aged white and dark Balsamic Vinegars that are aged for 6 years before being bottled. Also included in our range of imported products is from Gault’s Ltd is parmigiano reggiano, gorgonzola, prosciutto, truffle oil, italian olive oil and a range of ready made sauces. All of the products imported by Gault’s Ltd are used extensively in Simon Gault’s restaurants and home kitchen so you can definitely be assured that the products are of the highest quality available.

CROCODILE OR KANGAROOIf you want to try something a little different or are missing a little something from your homeland we are able to source both Kangaroo and Crocodile. Both of these products come frozen and in 500g and 1kg bags and can be ordered when required. As we don’t carry crocodile and kangaroo on a regular basis please contact us to discuss your requirements.
