THE ORIGINAL SMOKE & SPICE CO Chef Marcus Peters has created a seasoning of smoked solar salt from Lake Grassmere, garlic, shallots, coriander and chilli. Also available are whole printanor manuka smoked garlic bulbs from Marlborough. The smoking process of the bulbs converts the volatile oils to sugar mellowing the flavour to create a slightly nutty taste with a hint of rosemary and bay. |
