PROVISIONS Inspired by recipes from the past provisions make a range of gourmet preserves and baking from produce grown in Central Otago. They make four different kinds of shortbread in Walnut and Wild Thyme, Lavender Lovers, Saffron and Almond or Apricot and Manuka Honey.

MOLLY WOPPY Handmade with Love! Molly Woppy has created a range of delicious handmade products. We are currently stocking the cheese sticks and crostini, both products are a handy item to have in the cupboard for those unexpected guests. The cheese sticks are very Moorish and are ideal with dips or tapenade and the crostini is a fantastic canape when topped Akaroa Salmon.

RACHEL SCOTT BREADArtisan Bread made in Amberley. Rachel Scott’s inspiration comes from the French and Italian traditions of bread making. Each loaf has it’s own starter and fermentation process then is individually hand moulded. Rachel Scott bread has a shelf life of 4 days and is fresh twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays. CREAM HANDMADE PUDDINGSLocal Chef Rebecca Manley makes wonderfully rustic handmade puddings. Currently in two flavours Sticky Date with a Butterscotch Sauce and Chocolate Espresso with a Fudge Sauce. They come in Microwavable containers and feed 4-6 adults. Rebecca’s aim is to have seasonally changing desserts, they are guaranteed to be fresh, made from natural products and simply delicious. A must for any dinner party. |
