GREENGIRL ORGANIC LABNA Middle Eastern yoghurt cheese produced in Blenheim. Made by mixing organic yoghurt, olive oil, lemon juice and salt. The labna has a lovely tangy flavour and is ideal on salads or spread on crackers etc. It is produced in four flavours chilli, curry, mixed herbs or plain.

BLUE RIVER DAIRY Nestled on the banks of the Clutha River. Blue River dairy is a Southland based company that is involved in every aspect of production from milking to the world market. The unique flavour of Blue River cheeses comes from the natural grazing of their sheep and the traditional cheese making techniques used by the cheese makers. Currently available are Pecorino, Feta, Halloumi and Springhills.

Talbot Forest make a wide range of cheeses using both cows and goats milk. Currently we are stocking the Parmesan, Mesopatamia Blue, Feta, Waxed Cheddar Logs and Blue Brie all of these cheeses are made with cow’s milk. |
