CANTERVALLEY FARM

Cantervalley farm is situated 40 minutes from Christchurch in beautiful rural North Canterbury near the town of Sefton. Cantervalley is a family business that has been providing the hospitality industry with premium poultry products for over 16 years. Cantervalley has control of its products from breeding right through to their modern processing plant.

All Cantervalley birds are grown with natural daylight and in naturally ventilated barns where they are free to roam. They do not use any growth promotants or hormones in the feed, which has also been heat treated to prevent salmonella. All birds are transported to the processing plant in a humane way well within the guidelines set by the Animal Welfare Act.

Cantervalley Farm produces Duckling, Turkeys, Quail, Pheasants and Poussin. They do not pump additives into these processed birds.
