With a variety of Beers kept in the fridge including imported beers from the Czech Republic, Ireland, Belgium and many more. We also have a small selection of handcrafted New Zealand beers. There is always something here to tempt the tastebuds whether it’s an imported chimay or budejovicky or a classic New Zealand Speights or handcrafted Wigram beer.

WIGRAM BREWERY

Built from a passion of brewing and a love of beer Wigram Brewery was established in 2003. Wigram Brewery is a family run business and has developed a range of hand crafted beers all with unique names and labels that reflect the nearby Wigram Airbase. All Wigram beers are batched brewed and have no added sugars, preservatives or artificial colourings.

GREEN MAN BREWERY

Green Man Beers have no added sugar and are made by a Munich trained German Brew Master. The German style beers are brewed with authentic German yeast and the British styles with authentic British yeast. Currently at Rare Fare we stock the Lager, Best Bitter and Dark Mild. Green Man Brewery is Dunedin based and all the beers are made with organic ingredients and without isinglass.
